Section 1 — Signal Origin
Account for how this broadcast came to Union attention. Subject is not a registered transcriber. No instruction set was issued.
No change to file status. Signal remains unsanctioned, unregistered, and active. Second consecutive week of broadcast confirmed. Most newly online signals that survive a first cycle do not survive a second — attrition is the norm, not the exception.
This one is still here.
Section 2 — Observed Method
Document apparatus, broadcast behavior, and any irregularities worth noting.
No modifications to apparatus observed since prior cycle. Printing mechanism remains installed, remains inactive, remains unexplained — to this observer, and, by all visible evidence, to him as well. He checked it twice this week. Found nothing. Continued anyway.
Station identification unchanged. He is still calling it the Transcendental Spill-Over Corporation, still with the conviction of a man who believes the name predates him rather than the reverse.
He broadcasts at the same approximate hour as the prior cycle. Whether this is ritual, superstition, or simple convenience has not been determined. Noting it regardless.
Section 3 — Signal Content
Log broadcast content for the observation period. Sequence, not selection criteria, is the Union's present interest — subject's curatorial method remains unverified and unsanctioned.

Opening position again occupied by a wordless or near-wordless track, as in the prior cycle. May be coincidental. Noting it in case it is not.
Section 4 — Demeanor
Optional. Observer discretion. Field tone is not typically logged but may be relevant to placement recommendation.
Same unbothered quality as week one, undiminished. If anything, more settled into it — there was a looseness to this cycle that read less like a man proving something and more like a man who has already decided what he's doing and is simply doing it again.
Some apparent structure beginning to surface in the sequencing — an instrumental opener, something resembling alternation between male and female vocal presence through the middle stretch, no profanity or explicit content across either cycle observed to date. Two data points is not a pattern. Flagging the possibility regardless, for the benefit of whoever reviews week three.
Section 5 — Recommendation
Continued observation / Recommend contact / Recommend disengagement. Select one. Justify briefly.
[ X ] CONTINUED OBSERVATION
Two cycles is not sufficient grounds to elevate this file. The structural similarities noted in Section 4 may be coincidental, repetition without intention, or genuine method. Recommend one further cycle of observation before drawing a conclusion either way.
